I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist and Relate certified counsellor based in Lancaster. I have 15 years experience of working with individuals, couples, supervisees and groups in NHS, voluntary sector, educational and private settings. I am also a musician with a wealth of experience in performing, community arts and training.

My professional training - gestalt, psychodynamic and person-centred - is informed by a life lived committed to the value of creativity. I offer my clients the opportunity to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviour in a confidential and supportive but challenging environment, underpinned by a prime interest in the therapeutic relationship, the present moment and the value of imagination .
